Coaching

Under the banner of RockYourLifeCoaching which I have recently closed down, I've been blessed to spend more than two decades coaching extraordinary people through change, reinvention, creativity, relationships and the inevitable unexpected turns of life.

I never wanted to coach stadiums. I've experienced great joy working with one person at a time to help them discover what they really wanted, what was getting in the way, and what their soul might be asking of them next.

My philosophy: I believe in one-on-one coaching, I believe in one-on-one relationships. Our social media numbers-driven society has brainwashed us into believing the more followers, the greater the number, the more valuable you are, the more impactful you are — and I whole-heartedly reject that paradigm. One-on-one — in every part of our lives — is where true connection happens, true meaning happens, true inspiration happens. What I call "the anonymous them" does not bring meaning to your heart and soul, in fact, it leaves the famous with a profound sense of aloneness.

Today, my primary focus is writing, producing, speaking and advocacy, but I still make space for a limited number of coaching clients when it feels like the right fit.
